Q: What are your delivery charges and timescales?
A: Delivery charges are dependant on postcode and we will attempt to deliver within 4-5 working days
from the placement of your order, assuming that all the items are in stock at the point of order.
Q: Coverage of a 25kg bag of Kiln Dried Sand?
A: Approximately 5m2.
Q: How deep should my sub base be?
A: Patios, Garden Paths 75-100mm. Driveways, Public Footpaths 100-125mm. Heavy Uses 150-225mm.
Q: If I am collecting goods from Ruscrete, how much weight can an average car hold?
A: The average car will carry approx 250kgs tail end or 400kgs distributed evenly.
Q: How many bricks will a Maxi Bag of building sand lay?
A: A maxi bag of sand should lay 1000 house bricks. 25kg bag = 30 bricks.
Q: What coverage & size are our turfs that are sold in rolls?
A: Each turf covers approx 1 square metre and its dimensions 1630mm x 600mm (25mm thickness).
Q: Is the shingle we supply sea or land based?
A: Sea based.
